Matthew Smith
Matt is the co-director of Limitless Landscapes, working alongside his cousin Trev. With nearly 30 years in the industry, including 20 years with Victoria’s largest commercial landscaper, Warrandale Industries.
Matt brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. Known for his strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, he plays a key role in driving the business forward.
A proud family man and father of three, Matt is passionate about building lasting client relationships and delivering high-quality landscapes. He looks forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of Limitless Landscapes.
Director
Trevor Mills
Trev is a proud co-director of Limitless Landscapes, bringing over 15 years of experience in landscape construction to the business. With a strong background in structural landscaping, pool area design, and paving, Trev combines technical expertise with a passion for creating functional and visually striking outdoor spaces.
In addition to his hands-on landscaping skills, Trev plays a key role in team leadership, estimating, business development, and client relationship management. He is actively involved in client consultations, project design, and end-to-end project management, ensuring each job is delivered to the highest standard.
Trev is especially proud of cultivating a close-knit, respectful team culture, one that values collaboration and consistently delivers exceptional service to clients.
Site Supervisor
Liam Pollard
Liam is an experienced Site Supervisor with over 10 years in the landscaping industry.
At Limitless Landscapes, he leads on-site operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Liam takes pride in mentoring his team, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
He values building strong relationships with clients and is committed to delivering quality results that exceed expectations.
